ZUTATEN

- 1/2 bunch mizuna
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Dry Ingredients
- 60g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 60ml water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut off the root of mizuna and slice into 3cm pieces.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
In a bowl, combine flour, potato starch, egg, salt, and water. Mix well, then add mizuna and dried shirasu.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, pour the batter, and spread it evenly. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces and serve with the dipping sauce.
