Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) tuna in water
- 2 tbsp canned corn
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
SCHRITTE
Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the root ends.
Add all the seasonings (mirin, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the mizuna, canned tuna, and canned corn to the pot and simmer briefly.
