- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥫 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise). Add the mizuna and wakame, then toss to combine.
