Potatoes
- 🥔 300g peeled potatoes
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp oligosaccharide or rice syrup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- ✨ 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the potatoes in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Drain the potatoes and remove excess water.
Mix the potatoes with oligosaccharide or rice syrup in a pan and let them sit for 5–10 minutes.
Cook the potatoes over medium heat for 1–2 minutes, stirring gently.
Cover the pan and cook the potatoes on low heat until they are 80% cooked.
Add soy sauce to the partially cooked potatoes and stir gently.
Add mirin and continue cooking until the potatoes are fully cooked and the sauce is absorbed.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix well.
