- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
SCHRITTE
Remove the leaves from the morokheya (or remove thick stems), blanch briefly in salted water, rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess water, and roughly chop.
In a bowl, combine the ☆ condiments and mix well.
In a serving dish, crumble the tofu, add the morokheya, nori, and drizzle the ☆ condiments on top.
