ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥓 1 strip of ham
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Chop the green onion, ham, and king oyster mushrooms. Slice the mushrooms into round pieces for better texture.
Heat some cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the ham and king oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry them together.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice and season with soy sauce or oyster sauce. Mix well.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and black pepper. Serve immediately.
