ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Mushrooms
- 🍄 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🍄 100g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms, torn by hand
Aromatics
- 🌱 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Rinse all mushrooms under running water. Slice shiitake and king oyster mushrooms, and tear oyster mushrooms by hand.
Slice 1/2 onion thinly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Add minced garlic and green onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the prepared mushrooms and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Pour 1 cup of water into the pan.
Add 2 sliced green chili peppers for a spicy kick.
Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Let it simmer until the liquid reduces.
Once the liquid has reduced, add a pinch of black pepper and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Stir well.
Serve the mushroom mixture over steamed rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
