- 1 piece (25g) cod roe
- 150g nagaimo
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut nagaimo into 1cm thick slices.

Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and place nagaimo slices. Cook until both sides are golden brown, flipping occasionally.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
