SCHRITTE
Cut the green onion into 3–4 cm pieces and slice the tuna into 1 cm thick slices.
Heat a frying pan and sear the green onion until browned, turning occasionally.
In a pot, combine the broth ingredients and bring to a gentle boil.
Add the seared green onion and tuna to the pot and simmer on low heat until the tuna changes color.
