ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 2/3 bunch chives
Staples
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 140ml water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Cut the chives into 4cm lengths.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, egg, salt, and water. Add the chives and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and add the remaining sesame oil around the edges. Cook the other side until golden brown.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, serve on a plate, and drizzle with the dipping sauce.
