Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 stalk scallion
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning ☆
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
Scallion Salt Sauce ★
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ☆ seasonings in a bowl, add the chicken, and massage it in. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Slice the scallion thinly. In a separate bowl, mix the scallion with the ★ scallion salt sauce ingredients.
Add flour and potato starch to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Plate the cooked chicken and drizzle the scallion salt sauce over it.
