- 200g ground meat
- 🥚 2 eggs

- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Mince the onion and shred the lettuce.
Heat salad oil in a pan, crack eggs into the pan, and cook sunny-side up eggs. Remove and set aside.
Add minced onion to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Mix in the seasoning ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper).
Plate the cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and meat mixture in order. Top with the sunny-side up eggs.
