ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 40g oatmeal
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
Soup Base
- 💧 100cc water
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Toppings
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- Pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add bacon and grated garlic, and sauté until the bacon releases its fat.
Add oatmeal and soup base ingredients (water, milk, grated cheese, salt) to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the oatmeal softens.
Add the egg white and stir until it solidifies.
Serve in a bowl, top with egg yolk, and sprinkle black pepper.
