SCHRITTE
Cut the mushrooms in half. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili, then cut it in half.
In a frying pan, add garlic, chili, salt, and olive oil. Heat over low heat until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and oil sardines, then cook for 2 minutes.
