Main Ingredients
- 🥛 80g silken tofu
- 50g fresh okara
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
SCHRITTE
Cut the silken tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat water and granulated dashi in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso.
Add the tofu, fresh okara, and dried wakame to the pot. Heat over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
