SCHRITTE
Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board. Boil water in a pot, add okra, and blanch briefly. Remove and rinse under cold water. Drain and cut off the stem ends. Slice diagonally into halves.
Cut myoga in half lengthwise, then slice thinly crosswise.
In a bowl, mix white sesame seeds, sugar, and soy sauce. Add okra and myoga, then toss to combine.
