Main Ingredients
- 300g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 egg
- 40g chopped pak choi
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp flour
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
SCHRITTE
Cut the root off the pak choi. Mince 2/3 of it for the mixture and cut the remaining 1/3 into 3–4 cm pieces for garnish.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, and seasonings until sticky. Add minced pak choi and mix well.
Heat 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Scoop the mixture with a spoon, shape into oval patties, and fry for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Plate the nuggets, garnish with remaining pak choi and lemon wedges.
