Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced (75g)
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Toppings
- 🌿 20g coriander
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
- 🥜 Chopped peanuts, as needed
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion thinly, cut the red paprika into thin strips, and chop the coriander into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (fish sauce, ketchup, sugar, and oyster sauce) in a bowl.
Place the steamed Chinese noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened.
Add noodles, red paprika, and bean sprouts to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce and mix well.
Serve on a plate, garnish with coriander, lemon wedges, and chopped peanuts.
