- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
SCHRITTE
Cut the radishes in half lengthwise. Place them in a plastic bag, add 1 tsp salt, and massage gently. Let them sit for 15 minutes, then drain the excess water.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, pinch of salt, and vinegar. Add the radishes and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
