- 100g sliced pork
Vegetable
- 40g chopped kimchi

- 30g pizza cheese

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Chop the kimchi roughly.
Cut the pork into 1cm wide strips.
Mix pork, kimchi, and pizza cheese in a bowl.
Place 1/20 of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold diagonally, and create two pleats. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat half the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange half the dumplings in the pan and cook until browned. Add 30cc water, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until crispy. Repeat for the remaining dumplings.
