- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 200g kimchi
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the pork belly into 12cm wide pieces.
Trim the chives slightly and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Spread the bean sprouts evenly on a hot plate, then layer pork, kimchi, and chives in order.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 8–10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
