SCHRITTE
Trim the ends of the shishito peppers.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add pork slices. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add shishito peppers to the pan and stir-fry until they are coated with oil.
Add ponzu sauce to the pan and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
