Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli, cut into pieces
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced into 1cm strips
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Ketchup Mayo Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and slice onion into 1cm strips.
In a bowl, mix pork with sake, salt, and pepper. Add potato starch and knead thoroughly. Divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.
In another bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and pepper to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange pork balls. Cook over medium heat, rolling to brown evenly. Add broccoli and onion, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir-fry briefly, turn off the heat, and add the sauce. Cook over medium heat to coat the ingredients evenly.
