- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning

Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion.
Mix the sauce ingredients (ketchup, soy sauce, consomme, ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add onion and pork slices, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the sauce to the pan, stir-fry, and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
