Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 1 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dairy
- 🧀 1 handful pizza cheese
Rice Base
- 🍚 1 large bowl (300g) cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Mix the cooked rice with the egg, salt, and pepper.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until it changes color. Stir in the soy sauce.
Add the kimchi and chives to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.
Clean the frying pan and spread the remaining sesame oil thinly. Press the rice mixture evenly into the pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
Top the rice crust with the pork and kimchi mixture, then sprinkle with pizza cheese. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
