ZUTATEN

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 120g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧅 1/3 stalk chopped green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp chopped pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and roughly chop green onion and pickled ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, stir-frying until fragrant. Then add ground pork and cook until browned.
Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to the pan, cooking until the liquid evaporates. Stir in cooked rice and pickled ginger, mixing well.
Add lettuce to the pan and quickly mix it in. Serve immediately.
