- 🌽 3 tbsp corn

- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- 🐖 250g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Essentials
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Trim both ends of the green beans, soak them in water, wrap loosely in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
In a bowl, mix warm rice and corn, season with salt and pepper, and combine well.
Spread plastic wrap, arrange pork slices slightly overlapping, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle potato starch.
Place the rice mixture and green beans on the pork, roll tightly from one end, and secure the shape.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the pork roll seam-side down, and cook over medium heat while turning until browned.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the pork is fully cooked.
Wipe off excess oil, add the seasoning (sake, mirin, soy sauce), coat the roll, and remove. Slice into 3cm pieces.
