- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 leek, thinly sliced
- 30g pickled Zha Cai
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the leek and finely chop the Zha Cai.
Boil water in a pot and cook the pork slices one by one until the color changes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings in a bowl, then add the pork, leek, and Zha Cai. Toss well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
