- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🍅 A few mini tomatoes
- Some green leaf lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Breading
- Some all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Some breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
SCHRITTE
Cut potatoes into quarters, soak in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut mini tomatoes in half.
Season pork with salt and pepper. Wrap each potato piece with pork, making 16 pieces. Coat lightly with flour, then dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot. Fry the wrapped pork until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl to make Aurora sauce.
Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on a plate, place the fried pork wraps, drizzle with Aurora sauce, and sprinkle black pepper.
