- 🍗 200g chicken tenders, trimmed
- 🥔 200g small potatoes, quartered
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
Seasoning for Chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Batter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 1 tbsp powdered cheese
SCHRITTE
Cut the potatoes into wedges, soak in water briefly, and drain lightly.
Slice the chicken tenders diagonally into thirds, marinate with sake and salt in a bag for 5 minutes, then lightly drain.
Mix the batter ingredients in a separate bag, add chicken and potatoes, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat oil to 170°C, fry chicken and potatoes for 5–6 minutes until golden brown, removing pieces as they cook through.
