SCHRITTE
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mackerel can and break it apart while lightly stir-frying.
Add sliced pumpkin to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked through.
Add salt and pepper, then stir-fry everything together until well combined.
