Main Ingredients
- 300g radish, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, scored
- 100g oyster mushrooms, cleaned
- 2 pieces kombu (2x3cm)
- 1/2 green chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut radish into bite-sized pieces and round off sharp edges. Slice green chili and score the tops of shiitake mushrooms. Clean oyster mushrooms and trim the stems.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, minced green onion, sesame seeds, and black pepper to prepare the seasoning sauce.
In a pot, add radish, kombu, and 1 cup (200ml) of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add green chili, seasoning sauce, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms to the pot. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce reduces and coats the ingredients.
