Cut the carrot in half lengthwise.

Cut the pork into three pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Add the ☆ seasonings and water into the rice cooker pot and mix well. Then add pork, potato, onion, carrot, and bay leaf. Cook using the standard rice cooking mode.
