ZUTATEN
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Canned Fish
- 190g canned saba (mackerel)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🍆 1 eggplant (80g)
- 1 piece of ginger
Liquid
- 250ml cold water
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 0.5 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
SCHRITTE
Cook the somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Slice the cucumber and eggplant thinly. Grate the ginger.
In a bowl, mix the canned saba (including the liquid), cold water, miso, white sesame seeds, and noodle sauce until well combined.
Add the sliced vegetables to the soup mixture and stir gently.
Serve the cold soup with the somen noodles on the side or mixed together.
