ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 1 can saba in water (190g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetable
- 1/2 stalk komatsuna
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp salad oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Drain the saba can. Wrap komatsuna in plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds, let cool, chop roughly, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, and mirin until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir with chopsticks over medium-low heat until crumbly. Remove from pan.
Wipe the pan lightly, add the drained saba, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until moisture evaporates. Add ginger, sugar, and soy sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve warm rice in bowls, top with komatsuna, scrambled eggs, and sautéed saba.
