- 🥬 2 leaves (160g) cabbage
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
Seasoning
- 1 tsp ponzu sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into 3cm wide pieces.
Place a cooking sheet in a microwave-safe container. Layer the cabbage and salmon on top. Sprinkle sake, salt, and pepper over the ingredients, then wrap with the cooking sheet.
Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Serve with ponzu sauce and chopped green onion.
