ZUTATEN
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥬 1/6 cabbage (200g), chopped
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion thinly and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the fresh salmon into 4 equal pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened.
Add the salmon pieces and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the cabbage and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce) and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender.
