ZUTATEN
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
- 60g thinly sliced green bell peppers
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Nanban Sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp sliced chili
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
Pat the salmon dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, and chili in a tray until sugar dissolves. Add the vegetables and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook until browned, then flip and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked salmon to the tray with the sauce and vegetables. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
