- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Mushroom Sauté
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
SCHRITTE
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and halve cherry tomatoes.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, place salmon skin-side down, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and plate.
Using the same pan, sauté maitake mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and grated garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the salmon with sautéed mushrooms, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
