SCHRITTE
Julienne the carrot. Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and potatoes and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add salt to season, sprinkle chopped parsley, and mix well before serving.
