- 🦐 1 1/2 tbsp sakura shrimp

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
SCHRITTE
Cut the eringi mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the eringi mushrooms until tender.
Add sakura shrimp and stir briefly, then add the seasonings (mirin, salt, chicken stock powder) and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Add chopped green onion and mix well before serving.
