- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
SCHRITTE
Cut the amberjack into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the amberjack in a bowl with sake, salt, and lemon juice for about 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated amberjack with potato starch and all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the coated amberjack until cooked through.
