ZUTATEN
Wrapper
- 24 gyoza wrappers
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 100 cc water
Filling
- 200g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 🌱 100g frozen edamame, shelled
- 🧀 30g processed cheese, diced
- 3 tbsp salted kombu
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Mince the green onion. Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Dice the processed cheese into 5mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the ground pork, soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil until sticky. Add the remaining filling ingredients and mix well.
Place an equal amount of the filling onto each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal, creating pleats. Repeat for all 24 wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Add water, cover, and steam on low heat for 4 minutes. Remove the lid, drizzle sesame oil, and cook until crispy. Serve on a plate.
