SCHRITTE
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the salted kombu, mayonnaise, white sesame seeds, and salt and pepper. Add the bean sprouts and toss to combine.
