- 🐖 600g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate pork with 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Slice green onion, onion, and carrot. Prepare them for stir-frying.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, plum extract, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, ginger powder, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the marinated pork and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until almost cooked.
Add the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry over high heat until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
