Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 2 satoimo (200g), peeled and cut
- 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 15cm white part of negi, sliced
- 5cm green part of negi, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
☆ Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 200cc water
SCHRITTE
Peel and cut satoimo into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt to remove slime, rinse with water, and drain.
Separate maitake mushrooms by hand. Slice the white part of negi diagonally into 1cm pieces and chop the green part finely.
Boil satoimo in a pot with enough water to cover. Simmer on medium heat until bubbling, then rinse and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pot, add beef, and stir-fry on high heat until browned. Add satoimo and maitake, stir-frying until coated with oil.
Add the ☆ seasonings and cover with a drop lid. Simmer on medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the white part of negi and soy sauce, mix well, and cover again with a drop lid. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve and garnish with the green part of negi.
