ZUTATEN
Basic Ingredients
- 🍚 200g rice cakes
- 🌭 200g sausages
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 handful peanut powder
- A pinch of parsley powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍷 1 tbsp cooking wine
SCHRITTE
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and grill the rice cakes.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan and sauté the sausages.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in the pan and simmer lightly.
Add the grilled rice cakes and sausages to the sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle peanut powder and parsley powder on top before serving.
