SCHRITTE
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise into halves and then diagonally.
Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Rinse the blanched mushrooms in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the mushrooms with soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
Add perilla powder, sesame oil, and chopped green onion, then mix thoroughly.
