ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 🧅 1 onion (200g), thinly sliced
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms (100g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
SCHRITTE
Cut the onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly along the grain. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.
Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Lower the heat and continue cooking until lightly golden.
Add enoki mushrooms and bacon to the pan. Sauté over medium heat until the enoki softens. Add the seasonings and water, bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
