SCHRITTE
Julienne the daikon and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Drain the scallop can.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the daikon and scallops, then toss to combine. Plate and garnish with parsley.
